8. Flight & Hotel Bookings

All bookings are subject to real-time availability and the terms of each airline or hotel. Travorio does not control schedule, fare, or cancellation policy changes by service providers. Please get in touch with the airline or hotel directly in case of delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.

9. Booking Verification

It is your responsibility to verify your booking details and ensure the accuracy of your contact information. This empowers you to stay in control of your travel plans. Travorio is not liable for missed notifications due to outdated or incorrect personal details.

10. No-Show & Sequence of Flights

Failing to show up or check in as required may result in the automatic cancellation of remaining flights. The airline, not Travorio, manages this.

11. Special Baggage

Airlines have specific baggage rules. Check directly with the airline to avoid fees or denied boarding. Travorio is not responsible for such issues.

12. Fees

Prices displayed may include base fare, service fees, taxes, and processing charges. Travorio retains some fees as non-refundable service charges. Government-imposed taxes may also apply. You agree to pay any additional charges unless prohibited by law.

13. Cryptocurrency Payments

Refunds for bookings made with cryptocurrencies may be processed via alternative methods such as bank transfer or travel vouchers. Travorio is not liable for value fluctuations in crypto transactions.

14. Booking Changes

Change requests must be submitted 48 hours before departure and during customer service hours. Please note that making changes directly with an airline may limit Travorio’s ability to assist further.

Fair Use Policy on Changes

Travorio allows up to 2 change quotes per paid change request. At our discretion, we may decline excessive or speculative requests.

15. 24-Hour Ticket Voiding

Certain jurisdictions or airline policies allow flight tickets to be voided if the request is made within 24 hours of booking and before midnight local time on the date the ticket was issued. Please note that voiding is possible only if the booking was made at least 7 days in advance, the void request is submitted within 24 hours of the local time of midnight, and the request is submitted during support hours and no later than 5 PM EST.

16. Refunds & Currency

Refunds typically take 4–12 weeks, subject to airline processes. Travorio’s service fees and any ancillary service fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Currency conversion discrepancies may occur.

17. Travel Safety & Compliance

You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories, entry requirements, and health mandates from authorities before traveling. Travorio is not liable for risks related to hazardous destinations or your failure to meet legal requirements.

18. Limitation of Liability

Travorio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or booking failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service or USD 500, whichever is greater.

19. Indemnification

You have the right to indemnify Travorio and its affiliates against any losses resulting from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms. This ensures your security and protection.

20. Force Majeure

Travorio is not liable for service interruptions caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).

21. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and security. We recommend reading it carefully to understand how we collect and use your data.

22. Third-Party Payment Processors

Third-party payment processors process payments made through the Travorio platform. Travorio is not responsible for any errors, delays, or security breaches that may occur during the payment process.
